Duration: 43 minutes
Train one side at a time to find and fix left-right imbalances. Every exercise is unilateral, so your weaker side can't hide behind the stronger one. Start each set with your weaker side, then match the same reps or hold time on your stronger side and stop there. Not chasing extra reps on your strong side is what closes the gap over the weeks. After a quick single-leg warm-up you'll move through a squat, hinge, push, pull and core pattern, one limb at a time. Use a wall or chair for balance whenever you need it, and aim for two to three sessions a week.
